I came here on a whim when traffic back to Fort Worth was bad. I'm SO glad I did!! Every time I've come in over the last 9 months, I've been greeted by a friendly staff that are masters at their craft! They pay great attention to detail on my dip manicures, which I've come to find isn't often the case at other salons. Their pedicures are to die for! Average price for a nicer salon, but they run promotions. Today, I got a $70 pedicure for 20% off! I would highly recommend! I've always just done a walk in and never had to wait very long, if at all. During busy times, I'm sure an appointment is a good idea, but I've always gone on a weeknight after work. ~ Margaret G

Fist time here and I was EXTREMELY impressed! The owners are very involved, and in a wonderful way. Organized, friendly, efficient, clean and personable. Cindy did my pedi and was phenomenal! At first glance the pricing seemed a little high but 20% off the top grade pedi was comparable to what I had been paying at my last place and I most definitely got my money's worth! I wasnt rushed in and out, which is a BIG deal for me. I want to feel relaxed and feel like my money was well spent. I felt just that!! Just under 2 hours for my pedi and none of that was wait time; I was pampered every minute! I have found my new spot!! ~ Nicole R

First time here! I can honestly say the best service I’ve received in Red Oak of all nail salons. I was welcomed and greeted by Michael. He is genuinely friendly and cares for all the customers that walk in with or without an appointment. My beautiful nails were done by Kevin. I asked for Kevin after reading many highly favored reviews for him. I called last minute and requested him. Michael got me in same day. There were 2 ladies ahead of me for Kevin and I patiently waited. It was well worth the wait! Why drive to North Dallas, when you can get the same kind of service here in town. Most beautiful shop I have ever seen. I have family from Houston with shops and trust me when I say I know good shop from a bad one. It's always nice to come into a nail shop and feeling welcomed. I know it's a thing when people say techs talk about their customers in their language but honestly these guys don't speak in their language a lot and when they do, its good things. I'm Vietnamese and they don't even speak to me in Vietnamese! I love the way they pamper me every visit. I got my husband to join me and he loves it too (; WOO! ~ Kieu P

Had the pleasure of visiting Red Oak Nails & Spa and received great customer service and we were very pleased with the manicure and pedicures that were done by Ms. Tina and Ms. Kelly. The establishment was clean and there was no wait as we had an appointment and the staff was waiting on us to get started. The nail technicians were wonderful at holding conversations and able to still do great work. The price was inexpensive compared to other locations at $51. I was visiting the Red Oak and this shop popped up on my Google search with good reviews. So I decided to go around 10:04am on a Friday morning. When I got to the door the sign said appointment only so I called & I immediately was able to get in at 10:15. Firstly they are very aware of Covid so they take all precautions regarding CDC guidelines. The workers were SOOOOO NICE and even answered my dumb questions and provided a great service they were definitely attentive. I will definitely be back on when I visit the area again. ~ Ari J

I came in a little after they opened today (a Saturday) expecting a wait time. There was no wait time, I was greeted by the staff, and was sat down quickly. I got a full set and a pedicure. The 2 ladies who rendered my services did such an amazing job!! They were so polite and friendly. The young lady who did my manicure made sure I liked how the process looked before moving forward which I loved! The lady who did my pedicure gave me the best massage! This Nail Salon is absolutely beautiful and well kept! I've always dreamt of having my own salon just like this. The manager and employees are so personable and I genuinely feel they care about giving me the best service I pay for. My nails always come out beautiful and their pedicures are a lot different from other places. Definitely worth the money and try. You guys are my go to spot! Red Oak needs this! I finally found a nail tech that I absolutely love!! Anna Is the BEST!! She’s such a sweetheart, and she always NAILS IT! I can bring her a picture and show her any design and she can do it!! I wear super shorts, stiletto nails, and she makes the designs work, even though they are for the longer style. She’s professional. She takes her time and she makes sure that she gives me exactly what I asked for.! She’s a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend. ~ Gods F

We had an appointment at another salon and unfortunately their customer service was incredibly lacking, sitting walk ins instead of their customers with actual appointments, so we skipped over to Red Oak instead. I’m glad we did. Not only did they squeeze us in for pedicures and full dip sets like we wanted, but they were super efficient and had the kindest service techs. Stopped by Red Oak Nails & Spa to get an impromptu gel manicure. It was a good experience there in a clean and relaxing environment.The nail artist Tony was very nice and accommodating to me and my daughter. He listened to me as I explained what I wanted and many times asked if I liked my nails during the placement of the acrylic and shaping process. I’ve added before and after photos. Absolutely love it there! Every one is sweet and polite, VERY good at their work I am always kindly greated by Joseph and always helps me out as well as the silly Kevin lol I went last weekend and had the BEST pedi ever, thank you Tina! Then the week after that Hannie and Tim took care of my coworkers and my nails! Power couple right there lol I will definetly be coming back and keep referring more people! The bomb.com!! The manager is super efficient and respectful. He has a stern demeanor slightly but it’s because this place is busy and for good reason. They are a hidden gem in Red Oak and fairly priced as well. Pedi starts at $29, Mani $17 for basics. But the technicians are so talented . Make an appointment so you don’t have a longer wait. I came once before for a eyebrow wax, best I've ever received. They were shaped and not thinned. I came back for a repeat and decided to get my pedicure here. Although, it's the first thing on a Wednesday morning, I was pampered a received remarkable service and attention. My tech is Ivory and Mary did my eyebrows. I will be back during the a.m. hours. I’ve been going to RO NAILS for several years. Mirella is my girl! She does a beautiful job. I go every 3 weeks because they still look good after all that time! Wouldn’t ever want to change. They have recently renovated and salon is very classy. Love everyone there. Sweet people. Lili, Tracy and Jan have done my eyebrows and do a great job, too. ~ Ann M

My daughter brought me to this place for the first time about 2 years ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Kevin is my nail tech and he does an excellent job! I have been coming to this place for years. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Michael is always attentive and willing to help with a great attitude even when it comes to rude customers. Very clean salon, great customer service, and attention to detail. I took my 83 year old Mom here for a birthday pampering, and they treated her with kindness and respect. Mom said she felt that they did better on her feet than any other place I've taken her. I will definitely be taking her back there for her pedicures! ~ Deanna D

If you want an awesome manicure and pedicure, I recommend Helen. She does an excellent job and treat you very kind . She takes her time and will not do a rush job like others will . I go every two weeks and when she is finished , I feel like I am walking on a cloud. ~ Kenneth I

Me and my mother came to visit about 2 weeks ago. My mother is recovering from a stroke, when I tell you the staff went above and beyond for her I was blown away. They were very patient and attentive to her every need. We will DEFINITELY be going back!!! ~ Sonja N
